Don't be intimidated! Our menus aren't as confusing as they may first appear.

We have two main menus at Salumeria Rosi, and both are available all day during lunch and dinner. Both menus fuction as assaggi, or "tastes." Essentially, we offer an experience that can best be descirbed as Tuscan inspired tapas. Everything you order at Salumeria Rosi will be served on small plates suitable for sharing. When you dine with us, we hope you will try many things in order to truly embrace the spirit of Tuscany!

Your server will first introduce you to our Assaggi di Salumi Menu. Here, you will find all the freshly sliced meats we offer. You can choose individual orders or you may settle on the Selezione del Salumiere in a variety of sizes. On the Selezione plate, you will receive a variety of meats chosen for you by the salumiere personally. Each meat on the menu has been described in depth to allow you to know what to expect from your selection.

Once you have tasted some of the finest meats available, you are invited to visit the Assaggi della Cucina Menu. This menu contains all of the items that are available from the kitchen itself. Here, you will find salads, soups, and ever-changing hot items. Because they are offered in tapas style portions, you and your guests can easily taste a varity of true Tuscan fare without feeling too guilty!

For dessert, should explore our Menu di Dolci and our Formaggi Menu. Of course, you could begin your meal with either as well! The Formaggi Menu is our offering of fine cheeses. We have a variety of cheeses made from cow, sheep, goat and, on occasion, buffalo milks. Each cheese is served with a hand crafted garnish and, like the meats, can be ordered either individually or on a selezione plate. The Menu di Dolci is where you will find something delectable for your sweet tooth. All of our dessert items are made by hand, in house, by our dessert chef.

Because we only offer the finest quality dishes, you will see that some menu items cycle with the seasons. What appears on our menu during the summer may not be available during the fall or winter. Plus, we offer daily specials that your server will describe to you once you are seated!

And don't forget the importance of pairing your Tuscan treats with the finest Italian wines available. Our wine list has been specifically crafted to help you truly revel in the flavors of Tuscany that flow from the foods chosen for you by Chef Cesare.
